Kids Play Bus offers all of the benefits of a soft play centre to your home or party location. The Kids Play Bus provides a unique playground experience for your children.

When you book a party or event with us, you agree to the terms and conditions shown below.
It is assumed that you, the hirer of our bus, have read and agreed to the accompanying terms and conditions by paying the deposit. We are both in a legal agreement that is bound by English law after we, the Kids Play Bus service provider, have received your money and secured the agreed day and time window. Any changes to the terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by us.

Cancellation and payment/deposit:
When you decide to book with us, you must pay a minimum of £50 to secure the approved day and time period. The remaining money must be received in full cleared funds at least 7 days before to your event. Kids Play Bus reserves the right to give your date and time slot to another client if full payment is not received by this time. There will be no return of your deposit. Any cancellation request must be made at least 14 days before of reservation date.
The £50 deposit will be deducted from any refunds you get as the hirer. Kids Play Bus is only responsible for the bus hiring expenses and will not be held liable for any extra costs in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the cause.

Packages:
1 hour will be £150,
90 minutes for  £180
and 2 hours for £200 within 15 miles of HP17 8TT.

We cover maximum 30 miles and £2.5 per mile applies after 15 miles. 1 hour include access to eating area and free unlimited squash drinks. 90 minutes include access to eating area, free unlimited squash drinks, bubble with bubble machine. 2 hours include access to eating area, free unlimited squash drinks, bubble with bubble machine, balloon for all, soft copy of customized invites and you are welcome to take picture of birthday child in driver seat.

Access to the Vehicle:
The Kids Play Bus is a full-sized double-decker bus that weights around 17tons. It stands 14.6 feet tall, 33 feet long and 8 feet wide. Consider this while making a reservation; you’ll need to consider things like access, parking, and any height limits. The usual private road isn’t built for a double decker, so be sure the bus is appropriate for your intended location. We cannot be held liable for any damage to your car or property caused by its weight. The Play Bus must be parked on firm, level ground with safe access for children entering and exiting the vehicle.

A refund will not be granted if we are unable to acquire entry to your preferred site and an alternative cannot be located due to conditions we were not aware of prior to arrival. In rare cases, however, we may be able to provide another day and time.

Parking Fines:
Prior to our arrival, you must get any parking permits necessary for your chosen spot. Kids Play Bus will not be held liable for any parking costs incurred at your selected location, any fines imposed will be the responsibility of the hirer. The Kids Play Bus is not authorized to park in any restricted areas.

Requirement for power
Some of the bus’s entertainment systems require a separate 240V power supply to operate. As a result, we request that you utilize a 240V power outlet at your preferred position. The extension leads will be provided by us.

Breakdown
We get the bus fixed and maintained to the highest standards since the last thing we want to do is disappoint a child or a regular customer. They can, however, break down at any time, just like your automobile at home. If this occurs, we will work as fast as possible to resolve the mechanical issue while still attempting to meet you on your desired date. If this is not possible, we will either reschedule at a more convenient time or refund your money in full.

Weather conditions and highway restrictions
Despite the fact that the bus can come to you in most weather conditions, there may be situations when it is not feasible to reach to your target destination due to severe weather or safety issues. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you a mutually suitable alternate date. If no mutually agreeable date can be established, your money will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any delays in reaching your destination due by road construction, traffic problems, or any other highway risk beyond our reasonable control. We will make every attempt to keep you informed if this occurs. We’ll always make up for lost time by leaving as quickly as possible.

Equipment and playing rules on bus:
At any given moment, the bus can take up to 18 children ranging in age from 24 months to ten years old. At all times, you, the hirer, are responsible for the care and supervision of the children who are using the play bus. We need that you, the hirer, provide at least two people to keep an eye on the youngsters at all times. Staff people are primarily responsible for overseeing the party/event and trying to operate the vehicle and equipment.

No one is permitted to approach the bus until the driver has securely parked it and opened the primary door. Any damage to our vehicle or property belonging to Kids Play Bus caused by any member of the hirers group, whether inside or outside, will be the responsibility of you, the hirer. You will be liable for any repairs that are necessary. No property belonging to Kids Play Bus may be removed from the bus by any member of the hirers group without the authorization of our staff members.

For health and safety concerns, no outside footwear is permitted on the bus, and socks must be worn at all times. Long-sleeved shirts and trousers are encouraged, although they are not required. If the children are going to play on the bus, you, the hirer, must make sure that they are free of all chains, buckles, badges, and other sharp objects. There is room on the bus for shoes to be stored.

We do not have toilets, therefore make sure your selected location has toilet facilities and that your supervising individuals are able to assist the children. A cleaning fee may be charged if expert cleaning is necessary following a toilet accident. No one may smoke, eat, or drink alcohol on the bus, and chewing gum is strictly forbidden. Soft drinks may be given away for free, but they must be drunk in the authorized area at the front of the bus. Confetti and party poppers are not permitted on the bus. Children are not permitted to ride the bus.

Sick or wounded children, as well as children who have been sick in the previous 24 hours, are not permitted in the bus. If a youngster falls unwell while playing, the party may be brought to a halt so that the mess may be cleaned up.

All of the youngsters must play nicely and with respect for one another. Any child or other person who, in the opinion of the staff, risks the safety or enjoyment of others or the vehicle will be removed from the vehicle without a refund. Abuse of any type will not be tolerated, whether verbal or physical.

The Kids Play Bus staff keeps safety in mind at all times. If they think it is essential for safety concerns, they reserve the right to terminate a celebration early.

You, the hirer, are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party/event exit the automobile at the conclusion of the time slot provided to you on time.
Both children and adults participate at their own risk. Kids Play Bus takes no responsibility for any damage or harm caused by misuse of the equipment, absence of parental guardian supervision, or failure to follow the terms and conditions and Rules of Play set out by Kids Play Bus.

Kids Play Bus will not be held accountable for any inconvenience or damage resulting from an accident, breakdown, or other situation beyond our reasonable control. Any valuables or other goods left with the responsible supervising individuals by any member of the hirers group are not our responsibility. Any items left on board the bus will be removed. We are not responsible for any losses.

Safety and Security:
We take the safety and security of our customers, children, and workers very seriously.

Both children and adults participate at their own risk. Kids Play Bus assumes no responsibility for any damage or harm resulting from the abuse of the equipment, the lack of parental guardian supervision, or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Kids Play Bus. No one should approach the bus until it has been safely parked and the primary door has been unlocked when it arrives at an event or party.

All of the youngsters must play nicely and with respect for one another. Any child or other person who, in the view of the staff, poses a risk to the safety or pleasure of others or the bus will be ask to leave the bus without a refund. 

The Staff
All of our employees are fully trained and CRB/DBS checked.
